Artesania Latina's American Schooner Independence. Wooden tallship model 1:35 scale plank-on-bulkhead construction kit. The schooner of the American War of Independence. It is a faithful replica of a colonial topsail schooner with six cannons that helped to consolidate the United States as an independent nation. Advanced modellers now have the opportunity to assemble a unique work of art filled with quality and meaning. The kit includes pre-cut internal framework, plus wood strips for the planking of the hull and deck. Fittings include brass and wood parts, other kit materials include pre-sized dowels for the masts and spars, stripwoods for rails and hull molding detail, cloth rigging material, cotton rigging line, wooden blocks and deadeyes, brass pins, large plans sheet, and illustrated construction book.
